A- No, Chéri files were carefully designed so you do not need to spend any time soaking your skin!
Q. What are the advantages of filing dry skin?
A- First and foremost, convenience and time-saving. Also, because you are filing dry areas, Chéri files will not take away healthy skin otherwise softened by soaking.
Q. Will I notice improvement on my calluses conditions?
A- Absolutely! Because Chéri does not take away healthy skin, calluses will grow back slower and softer over time.
Q. How safe are Chéri Nickel files?
A- Chéri files are safe even for the most sensitive skins! Unlike other metal files, Chéri's abrasive surface have no holes or perfurations of any kind, and will not keep skin particles. Chéri files will not peel off or rust.
Q. How durable are the files?
A- Around 2-3 years for regular users and 6 months to 1 year for busy professionals.
Q. How do I clean my files?
A- Professionals: Chéri files can be fully sanitized with alcohol, barbicide or other desinfecting solution safe on plastic.
Regular user: Wipe it clean or wash it with with soap and water.
Q. Can Chéri files be used on acrylics?
A- Yes. Use CH-102 for shapping and CH-101 for finishing acrylics. CH-502 has both surfaces combined, and it's an excellent choice for acrylic nails!
Q. What about toe nails?
A- CH-101 for regular toe nails, CH-102 for tough toe nails.
Q. Can I use Chéri nail files on calluses?
A- Yes. Use CH-102 for removing calluses from hands and toes. Finish-up buffing the skin with CH-101 for an amazingly smooth result!
